1.The degreasing cleaning process consists of two parts: chemical decomposition, neutralization, and electrolysis
The cold-rolled steel strip, due to surface contamination such as oil stains, is connected to the tail of the previous coil at the welding machine through an uncoiler, a pinch roller, and a cutting head. It then enters a hot alkali tank through a turning roller, with an alkali concentration of 0.5% -2% and a temperature of around 80 degrees Celsius. After soaking and brushing with alkali, most of the oil stains on the surface are removed, and then enters an electrolytic cleaning tank. The alkali concentration and temperature in the tank are equivalent to those in the hot alkali cleaning tank, Use the oxygen and hydrogen generated by electrolysis to clean the surface of steel plates and improve the cleaning effect
After entering the flushing tank through the turning roller, the residual alkaline solution on the surface of the strip steel is washed clean before entering the dryer
The moisture is dried, rolled neatly by the coiler after passing through the tension roller, and the tail is cut and unloaded.
2.Process flow: uncoiler → 1 # pinch roller → cutting shear → spot welding machine → 2 # pinch roller → turning roller → hot alkali tank
