1.Process flow: Pickling is a chemical reaction process that utilizes hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid solution to decompose rust and its oxides under certain temperature conditions. At the same time, it is an equipment that achieves good surface effects through washing and drying processes.

2.Process: The pickling line is divided into push-pull production line and continuous production line. The push-pull type does not require welding of the head and tail, and automatically threading and winding, with high efficiency. It is suitable for customers with high output and efficiency. The continuous type requires welding of the head and tail. During the welding process, the looper can be used to store materials without stopping production, or the production method of stopping welding can be used.

3.Equipment composition: material receiving platform → coiling trolley → uncoiler (with pressure roller, floating type, CPC control) → pressure roller device and uncoiler → 1 # vertical roller centering device → nine roller straightening machine with pinch feeding roller → hydraulic shear → corner cutting shear (waste trolley) → 4-level hydrochloric acid pickling tank (7 squeezing rollers) → 4-level water washing tank (5 squeezing rollers) → edge blowing device → hot air dryer → 1 # material pulling roller → looper pit (with looper swing tables at both ends) → 2 # vertical roller alignment device → 2 # material pulling roller → 3 # vertical roller alignment device and CPC → disc shear (waste edge coiling machine) → hydraulic shear (slitting) → three roller tension roller → electrostatic oiler → turning roller → coiling machine (EPC) → unloading trolley → material receiving platform. Equipment and process design can be carried out according to customer requirements.
