1. Process Description：After placing the steel coil into the furnace base, seal it with an inner cover, vacuum and maintain pressure, then inject nitrogen hydrogen mixture or pure hydrogen gas, and then lift the heating cover to the inner cover for heating according to the requirements. After heating, insulation, cooling with the furnace, and forced cooling, the furnace temperature will reach below 90 ℃ before being discharged from the furnace.

2. Equipment composition: uncoiler - straight head feeding machine - cutting machine - seam welding machine - front three roller tension machine - tension straightening machine - rear tension machine - inspection platform - double head trimming shear - looper - tension machine - EPC correction - winding machine.

3. Technical specifications: Designed according to customer requirements, it can meet the flatness and leveling requirements of 200mm-1500mm plates.
