1. Process description: The strip steel or coil plate is cut into a width of packaging belt through a longitudinal slitting machine. It is heated to 350 ℃ through an induction heating furnace, and the heated strip steel becomes soft and turns blue when exposed to air. It is then subjected to an oil or wax coating process (baking paint) to isolate the air. It is then pulled by a rubber traction wheel to the tandem winding machine for winding.

2. Equipment composition: uncoiler - spot welding machine - longitudinal shear slitting machine - electric furnace - wax and oil coating (painting) - drying machine - rubber traction machine - winding machine

3. Technical specifications: Capable of producing widths of 16, 19, 25, and 32mm. According to customer requirements, the number of slits and winding machines can be designed, with a maximum of 30 strips produced simultaneously.
