1. Process description: After annealing, the steel strip will become very soft, and creases will appear during uncoiling, affecting the mechanical properties and surface quality of the plate. By using leveling and straightening equipment to increase surface hardness, the surface creases will be eliminated, and the flatness of the plate surface will be improved through leveling and tightening.

2. Equipment composition: uncoiler - straight head feeding machine - cutting machine - seam welding machine - front three roller tension machine - tension straightening machine - rear tension machine - inspection platform - double head trimming shear - looper - tension machine - EPC correction - winding machine.
